A major part of YA CSB’s business strategy is the introduction of innovative solutions to the corporate marketplace – bringing awareness of innovation to organisations in order to deliver business value such as cost reduction, productivity improvement, risk mitigation, improved market position.
We become aware of these innovative solutions primarily through two sources. Firstly the venture capital community and, secondly, through senior management of our ‘client base’ companies such as Atos, DXC, IBM Global Services, CGI , Microsoft, VMWare and many others, who decide to progress their careers by accepting a European VP role in a start-up operation.
Inevitably in either case, our innovative technology client will not have either the capability or the bandwidth or indeed the relationships to enable them to highlight their capabilities to the senior executives of most FTSE 250 companies. This is where YA CSB will engage – working with the client to articulate their proposition in business value terms, to determine where most appropriate to target their message.
YA CSB will then either use direct relationships, or a team of former industry senior executives, who leverage their personal contact relationships and enable our clients to introduce their capability in a friendly environment.
But it’s not just about technology. A number our ‘innovations’ are providers of niche services and environmentally-beneficial solutions – fuels and water treatments.
