After spending their earlier years in Xerox and Racal corporate life, the founders formed Youd Andrews in 1989. Kevin Cobie joined 2 years later.
Since then, Youd Andrews has become synonymous with ‘Tops Down Selling’ through 1) their boardroom simulation programmes and, 2) enabling SME’s access to the decision makers in the FTSE 250.
