Customers:
We may collect and use certain personal information when we correspond with you (whether by telephone, e-mail, social media, web chat or otherwise). This will normally be limited to:

- LinkedIn URL
- Business Address
- Other information you provide during our correspondence.
We use this information for the following purposes:
- Providing the products, services and information that you ask us for and performing our obligations to manage our business relationship
- Responding to messages from and corresponding with you, regarding your contract and recording any communications
- The legal basis for our use of this information is to fulfil our contract(s) with you.
Networkers:
We may collect and use certain personal information when we correspond with you (whether by telephone, e-mail, social media, web chat or otherwise). This will normally be limited to:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- LinkedIn URL
- Business Address
- Bank Account details
- Other information you provide during our correspondence.
We use this information for the following purposes:
- Helping us providing the products, services and information that our customers ask us for, when performing our obligations to manage a business relationship
- Responding to messages from and corresponding with you regarding your contract with us and recording any communications
- The legal basis for our use of this information is to fulfil our contract(s) with you.
Staff:
We may collect and use certain personal information when we correspond with you (whether by telephone, e-mail, social media, web chat or otherwise). This will normally be limited to:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home Address
- Bank Account details
- CV details of past employment
- Birthday
- HMRC coding and deduction details
- Other information you provide during our correspondence
We use this information for the following purpose, to fulfil our contract with you as a member of staff.
How we use Sensitive Personal Information
We do not normally collect sensitive personal information from Customers. Sensitive personal information from our Networkers and Staff is used to manage the legal requirements of the business.
Where We Transfer and Store Personal Information
The personal information that we collect is stored in the Microsoft Office 365 Cloud. To safeguard your personal information and to make sure that it is properly protected we have made access password protected.
We used external resources to help us manage our business and we have checked that they are GDPR compliant. We share data with:
- Whitley Stimpson for staff payroll
- Qdos-IT for Computer management and security of the YACSB equipment, located in our home offices.
Retention of Personal Information
We will keep your personal information for limited and appropriate periods of time, only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.
Your Rights in Your Personal Information

- Restriction: We will restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, if you ask us to do so
- Data portability: We will provide you or third parties on your behalf, with a copy of any personal information that we hold about you which, you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format
- Objection: (including objection to direct marketing): We will respect your general rights to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, including for direct marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your information) if we intend to use your information for such purposes, or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes
- Automated decisions and profiling: We will not make decisions based on automated processing, including profiling.
Cookies
Our website does not use “cookies” that collect personally identifiable third party information. It also does not use any other other tracking technologies which, are placed and stored on your computers’ hard drives, or in browser memories.
The Google Analytics cookies used on the website collect anonymous data to help us to understand how people use the website. We cannot identify you from this information.
How we look after your information
- We treat your information with the utmost care and take all appropriate steps to protect it
- Access to your personal information is password-protected
- We protect our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and use a third-party organisation to carry out testing, to identify ways to further strengthen security.
